• On this tour, some of the venues or parts of the venue may be subject to last-minute, unpredictable closures. When this occurs, we are happy to offer customers an extended tour in keeping with the advertised total length of the tour.
• Due to increased security measures at many attractions some lines may form on tours with ‘Skip the Line’ access.
• ID or Passport required to enter the venue.

• The Underground tickets are nominative and will show the visitor’s personal data. Please note that these tickets are nominative for each participant and it will not be possible to change the name after the purchase. In case of mismatch with the identity document, access to the Colosseum will not be allowed and no refund will be issued.
  

To receive a full refund, travelers may cancel up to 7 days before the experience start time in the local timezone. No refunds will be given after that time period.
